Expectations of Conduct
I Will...
- Do my part to keep the center clean
- Not pull the fire alarm
- Not bring drugs or alcohol onto REYS property
- Use only the front door to enter and exit the building
- Refrain from inappropriate physical contact including but not limited to holding hands, kissing, hitting, etc.
- Use sports equipment only for its intended purpose
- Not be verbally abusive to peers, volunteers, staff, visitors, or neighbors of the center
- Not use profanity
- Respect the property and pets of all the neighbors of the center
- Use the Computers only for school projects, research, etc. I understand that if I use the computers improperly,
I will loose the privilege of using them.
- Come in and stay until I am ready to leave for the evening. NO RETURNS!
- Leave the property, which includes the rear parking lot, and if I do not I will be considered to be trespassing
- Use the phone only to contact my parents or to arrange a ride
- Not “hang out” on REYS property when the Youth Center is not open
- NOT SMOKE ON REYS PROPERTY WHICH INCLUDES THE BACK PARKING LOT!
After School


Hours: Tuesday and Thursday
4:00pm-6:00pm
Ages 8 to 12
This time is avaialble at no cost to any students who need some after school activities. Activities include homework support, computer access, organized games, snack, etc. Transportation is provided from the Donegal Springs and Riverview Elementary schools as well as Donegal Middle School.
The bus will arrive at the middle school at 3 PM and will then pick up at Riverview and Donegal Springs between 3:30 and 3:45 PM. Students must have a completed Transportation Permission Slip on file with the school and with Rainbows End.

We are excited to be the recipients of an equipment grant from Highmark Blue Shields "Heathy High Five" initiative. We will now be able to effectively run the "SPARK" (Sports, Play and Active Recreation for Kids) program for all ages.
